The infinite from the finite
Get set, grow.
Rapid change is challenging – you can’t rely on business as usual when everything feels new to everyone, all the time. The stakes are high, but the rewards are even higher. We’ve earned the battle scars, asked the hard questions, and done the thinking – so you don’t have to. Because you don’t have time.
Money to make it
Our experience helps you tackle the big funding questions with clarity and confidence. How much capital do you really need to achieve your goals? What should remain core to your business, and what’s better outsourced? Should you raise funds from strategic partners, high-net-worth individuals, venture capital, private equity – or even explore public markets? When does debt make sense, and why? And perhaps the most important question of all: are you ready?
Cross-functional agility
Clear ownership of processes and projects among senior management is vital for achieving true organizational agility. Without it, silos and gaps develop, leading to frequent escalations that hinder delivery and growth. We help you break down these silos and build cross-functional teams anchored by well-defined processes and projects – moving beyond vague accountability lists for divisional heads to foster clarity, alignment, and sustained momentum.
Innovation culture
Innovation is the process of turning creativity into value. We’ve refined risk planning to support the innovation process – guiding teams through a right-sized, collaborative, and creative planning phase that leads smoothly into execution. When approached this way, risk management becomes far more than a compliance exercise – it becomes a catalyst for innovation, strengthening team culture, accelerating delivery, and driving better outcomes. Let us show you how.
Development systems
The big players use these systems to deliver complex, multi-year programs – but they can be right-sized for any project. With the right approach, your team won’t miss critical steps, progress tracking becomes meaningful, and continuous improvement is built-in for projects that repeat in similar but evolving ways. We help teams set up robust development systems for products, bids, campaigns, budgets, and more.
Accountability done right
Establishing governance structures might seem at odds with organisational agility – but it’s essential to moving fast. Speed requires clear delegation of responsibility, and that means granting authority before holding people accountable. We help organisations implement right-sized Delegations of Authority (DoAs), decision-making RACIs, and practical delegation frameworks that enable confident, fast-paced execution.
Performance reporting
Effective performance reporting starts with clearly categorising and scoping all significant work as either a process or a project. Once defined, KPIs can be assigned to processes, and OKRs to projects – creating a structured, meaningful approach to performance measurement. We bring proven templates and deep expertise to help you rapidly design and implement a performance reporting system that works.
Deep experience delivering the complex
A unique growth experience
Our founder, David Finn, is a business creator, engineer and founding CEO of trailblazing Australian company Tritium, maker of electric vehicle fast chargers. After 20+ years on the frontlines, David has learned plenty about the systems that work, the money you’ll need to survive the long haul, and gained hard-won wisdom that can help others who are wrestling with how to get from the garage to the global stage. David pivoted Tritium into electric vehicle fast charging in 2012 and led its growth for the next decade. During this decade, he gained a unique and invaluable wealth of hands-on commercial experience rapidly scaling Tritium from a small niche market into a global design and manufacturing company delivering with hundreds of millions of product revenue.

Passionate about innovation
Prior to seeing the opportunity in DC fast charging for Tritium in 2012, David led the deliver of 100+ complex engineering projects. Projects that others often thought too hard or impossible, from outback Australia to Antarctica, from the bottom of the ocean to the stratosphere, Tritium would tackle these projects with great success. We had a working dynamic in the team that balanced risk and outcome extremely well, allowing innovation even under tight time frames and small budgets. Our ability to innovate under these conditions propelled Tritium to great success. I’ve now systemized this as a framework we can help you establish in your business.
